1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GreatRouter platform (“Service”), operated by Great Studios Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GreatRouter provides a unified API routing layer that connects users to third-party AI model providers. We route requests to models for text, image, video, audio, music, and classification tasks. We do not host or develop the underlying models.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Usage and Payment

4.1 Pay-Per-Use Pricing

All charges are based on actual usage. Prices are denominated per unit (tokens, images, seconds, tracks, etc.) as displayed on our Pricing page.

4.2 Auto-Recharge

Accounts use an auto-recharge billing model. When your credit balance falls below a configurable threshold, your payment method will be charged a predefined amount to replenish credits.

4.3 Usage Tracking

Every request is logged with full transparency. You can view real-time usage, cost breakdowns, and request traces in your dashboard.

4.4 Billing

Charges are processed immediately upon auto-recharge. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing mechanisms, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Third-Party Models

GreatRouter acts as an intermediary. We make no warranties regarding the output, accuracy, safety, or legality of content generated by third-party models. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of each underlying provider.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The GreatRouter platform, including its API, documentation, branding, and software, is owned by Great Studios Inc.

7.2 Your IP

You retain all rights to your input data and the output generated through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.3 Model Output

Output generated by third-party models may be subject to the intellectual property terms of the respective model provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and any remaining credit balance will be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
